First Annual Brew HaHa with Monkless Belgian Ales and Rainshadow Organics! Local Beer, Local Veggies, at our sweet Farm to Table Diner.

We will start the evening with a social hour and our first course then move to a seated dining experience complete with a 4 oz pour of each beer pair of some of the most beautiful belgian beers you'll ever taste.



Beer Pairing MENU


FIRST COURSE: Coriander popcorn with blood orange butter

Shepplekofeggan:Refreshing Belgian Witbier, which is finished with fresh orange zest and coriander and packed full of citrusy flavor. ABV 5.4%, IBU 16

SECOND COURSE: Pink peppercorn crusted scallops, salted citrus coriander reduction

Peppercorn Imperial WitBelgian: Boldness is brimming in this big, yet light-bodied Wit. Citrusy freshness abounds with a clean peppery finish. ABV 8.2%, IBU 30

THIRD COURSE: Rabbit carpaccio, hop crusted, vegetable demi glace, candied hop flowers

Capitulation:The Trinity, dry hopped with Centennial and Amarillo to add a blast of flowery, citrusy hop aroma. ABV 8.1%, IBU 36


Intermission. Orange peppercorn granita


FOURTH COURSE: Vol Au Vents with braised lamb, pearl onions, smoked cherries, crispy thyme

Dubbel or Nothing: This one might just be your lucky strike! A great transition beer for those wanting to break away from the lighter beers and start experimenting with darker brews. ABV 7.2%, IBU 23

FIFTH COURSE: Fig tart, Meet your Maker caramel, hop hazelnut brittle
