Tickets sell-out quickly every year, so purchase yours soon before they're gone!
Is my ticket transferrable? Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to another family; just tell the new party to check in under your name at the door.
What is the refund policy? Since this is a charitable fundraiser that sells-out every year, tickets are non-refundable.
Can I bring my own camera? Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own camera and take pictures. We'll have a staff member taking digital photos at no additional charge, which will be available for online viewing and download within a few days after the event. Please let our staff take photos first, and help by standing behind the camera to get your child's attention.
Is it our turn with Santa yet? Families will be called up for photos in the order in which their entire party arrives to check-in. After Santa arrives, please return to your table. A staff member will let you know when it is your turn.
When will digital photos be ready? Within a few days after the event, you will receive an email with a link to view and download free pictures online. They will be sent to the email listed on your ticket reservation.
Can we sit with another family? If you wish to sit with another group, please note when you purchase your ticket. Groups should arrive together 10 minutes early. With limited space, we cannot guarantee that multiple groups will be able to sit together, but we will do our best to accommodate you. As a seating time nears its capacity, it becomes more unlikely that multi-party group requests can be accommodated, so we strongly suggest all parties buy tickets early & for seatings that have a larger number of tickets available.
Do I need a ticket for my baby? Yes. Because this is a fundraising event for our neighborhood fire-fighters, everyone -- adults, kids, infants & newborns -- needs a pre-purchased ticket to enter.
Can I buy tickets at the restaurant? Tickets are available for online purchase only. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Online ticket purchase closes at 4pm the day before the event.
