Learn the 4 basic steps to running with good form: posture, midfoot, cadence and lean. Good form can reduce your risk of injury, reduce recovery time and, in some cases, make you faster.

WORKOUT: Following the Good Form Running Clinic, we will head out for a 50-minute workout, using a 4:1 [Run:Walk] interval.
